MRTA Annual General Meeting on April 16-18 2010 Registration  & Schedule

The time has come for us to get together, celebrate our TCT trail and take care of some trail related business all under one roof.   Please join us for the MRTA AGM and conference on April 16, 17 and 18 at Falcon Trails Resort at Falcon Lake. We’re looking forward to having representatives from all trail groups get together at this time of the year to network and share ideas.

Once again, the MRTA is able to subsidize the costs by paying for 1 room per Regional TCT trail group for two nights. Conference fees for each additional member will again be $125.00.

The Falcon Trails Resort is composed of large cabins with three bedrooms per cabin some with queen beds and others with singles, so let us know if you are bringing a guest with you as two of you can share a queen (although meals will be extra for your guest).

Final conference registration of actual delegates and payment of conference fees are due April 9, 2010.  For those Regional TCT groups that do not require a room we will allow you to send two delegates from your region to the conference for free.

Trail Reports: To facilitate the sharing of trail information we would ask that each trail group be prepared to give a 5 - 10 minute presentation on your section of trail.  Tell us a little about your section of trail, how much of it is complete, where your successes and challenges have been, what obstacles need to be overcome etc. If you have some pictures to share, we will have a computer and LCD projector & slide projector on hand.

Open Space: We will be doing something new this year on Sunday morning. If there are any specific issues that you would like to discuss with other trail groups, please submit them to me by April 9th, so I can bring any related materials.
